Tomorrrowwwww I will be making Banana Tempura:D with Vanilla Ice Cream on the side. This is one of my favourite desserts after eating Sushi:) I've looked up the Recipe and everything seems..Pretty Easy:0 Thought, I'd share with you guys the recipe:D Hahah:D Also, if you don't want to use Banana it's fine you can also use Shrimps..Carrots..Broccoli and etc.

BANANA TEMPURA Served with VANILLA Ice Cream

Ingredients
♥ BANANA
♥ 1 CUP OF ICE COLD WATER
♥ 1 EGG
♥ 3/4 CUP FLOUR
♥ 1/8 TSP BAKING SODA
♥ COOKING VEGETABLE

Cooking Direction
1. In a medium bowl, mix the water and the egg.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking soda.
3. Stir the flour mix into the egg mix. It’s okay if the batter is a little lumpy.
4. Stick the batter in the fridge while you prepare the other ingredients.
5. Heat the oil in a frying pan. The oil should be hot enough that when you drip batter in it, the drops come to the top immediately.
6. Coat your banana in the batter. Place the coated ingredients in the hot oil, turning when the bottom side is browned.
7. Place the fried banana on a paper towel to drain.
OPTIONAL: Add Vanila Ice cream on the plate.
Serve immediately
